2. No Guarantee of OCR or AI Accuracy
Receipt photo scanning (OCR) and AI Chat Bot features utilize algorithmic probabilistic models. Scanning accuracy may vary based on print quality, lighting, and receipt layout. Moneta DOES NOT guarantee that extracted merchant names, totals, or line items are completely error-free. You bear sole responsibility for verifying and validating all numbers.
3. Foreign Exchange Rates
Foreign exchange rates used for automated conversions are retrieved from public third-party market data feeds for travel bookkeeping estimation. These rates may differ from the exact spot rate charged by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
4. Total Release of Claims & Absolute Liability Cap
You hereby irrevocably release Moneta, its founders, and operators from any and all legal claims, liability, tax penalties, business disputes, or financial losses incurred in connection with using this platform.
The maximum aggregate monetary liability of Moneta for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the user in the immediately preceding one (1) month (maximum Rp8,000).
