Moneta (moneta.web.id) is independent bookkeeping and tracking software. Moneta is NOT a bank, NOT a financial institution, NOT an investment advisor, and does NOT hold, manage, or custody customer funds.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using Moneta (via moneta.web.id, WhatsApp bot, Telegram bot, or web app), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.
2. Nature of Service & No Financial Advice
All features provided by Moneta (including cash flow logs, receipt OCR, foreign currency conversions, and AI Chat Assistant) are strictly automated calculation aids. None of the outputs constitute professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions and tax compliance.
3. Subscription Fees & No Refund Policy
Moneta operates strictly as a paid subscription service with no free trial and no free accounts. Available plans are:
- Standard Plan: Rp5.000 / month (Text logging, AI Chat Bot & Realtime FX)
- Plus OCR Plan: Rp8.000 / month (All Standard features plus Automatic Receipt Photo OCR)
Payments are prepaid monthly via official Indonesian QRIS. ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances once processed.
4. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties (As-Is)
MONETA IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN 'AS-IS' AND 'AS-AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE CALCULATION, RECEIPT OCR, OR CURRENCY CONVERSION ACCURACY.
5. Absolute Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MONETA, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, TAX PENALTIES, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
LIABILITY CAP: Under all circumstances, Moneta's total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the actual subscription fee paid by you in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability (capped at Rp8,000).
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moneta and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
